Pop megastar Lady Gaga has announced that she is unable to perform at Rock In Rio tonight, due to 'severe physical pain'.
In a statement, the singer revealed that she suffers from fibromyalgia, and that the condition had seriously impacted her health, meaning should would not be physically capable of headlining the festival as planned.
She is currently recovering in hospital, and will be replaced at the top of the bill by Maroon 5, who will also headline on Saturday night as previously scheduled.
