Parklife Festival 2020

Parklife Festival 2020

Manchester, United Kingdom

Parklife returns tho Manchester's Heaton Park this June for another weekend, this time joined by the likes of Tyler, the Creator, Skepta and Jorja Smith.

And as we count down the days and months to Parklife 2020, we've put together a handy article on everything you need to know about this summer's edition, including the lineup, afterparties, travel, hotels, opening times, and those all important tickets.

When and where is Parklife 2020?

Parklife 2020 will take place on the 13th and 14th June 2020 inside Manchester's Heaton Park.

Who's on the lineup?

Parklife's 2020 lineup features a wide range of music, from hip-hop and grime that permeates its Main Stage through to its abundance of dance music that can be found across its six other stages, including house, techno and drum and bass.

And we're talking some pretty huge names too, with Tyler, the Creator's first UK show in over five years going down, as well as  Skepta, Jorja Smith, Khalid, Lewis Capaldi and Anderson .Paak all performing.

But where Parklife really comes alive is at those dance stages, with DJs such as Nina Kraviz, Peggy Gou, Andy C and Eric Prydz all doing their thing.

How do I get tickets?

All Parklife ticket types are still available on Festicket, including Weekend GA and VIP, as well as both Saturday and Sunday GA and VIP. You can book Parklife 2020 tickets here.

How do I get to Parklife?

Once you reach Manchester, the easiest way to get to the festival is to travel on the official Parklife Shuttle Bus, which will take you from the city centre to right inside the festival site. Exact pick-up location and running times are to be announced.

What are the set times?

Are there any afterparties?

Yes. These haven't been announced yet, but historically Parklife have thrown a number of afterparties – called Afterlife – in venues around Manchester. These usually feature a mix of artists who have performed during the main festival (and others).

Any good places to stay in Manchester?

Manchester is full of hostels, hotels and apartments to suit all sizes and budgets. We do though advise booking early to get the best choice and rates. Booking.com and Airbnb are two good places to start your search.

What time does Parklife open?

Parklife will open at 11am on the Saturday, and midday on the Sunday. The main festival will run until 11pm each night. It is also worth noting that last entry for both days will be 5pm, and there will be no re-admittance to the festival site.

Can I take food and drink into the festival?

No food or drink will be permitted into Parklife, but there will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival, serving up organic, vegetarian and vegan options.

What's the weather going to be like?

For now all we can do is cross our fingers and hope the weather Gods are shining down on us come the 13th June.
