Coachella 2019 is finally getting underway today. If you can't make it out to California this weekend, here's the next best thing. Coachella is live streaming many of its acts all weekend, including headlining sets from Childish Gambino on Friday, Tame Impala on Saturday and Ariana Grande on Sunday.
And really if you think about it, being in the comfort of your own home, out of the desert heat, with access to free cold beer in your fridge, an unobstructed view of the action and a private bathroom doesn't sound like such a bad deal.
Greatly expanding their live stream this year, you'll be able to catch sets from 82 artists across Coachella's three YouTube channels. If you can't watch this weekend, you get another chance as not only is Weekend Two going to livestream for the first time ever, but many sets will be available for playback whenever you want.
Beyond the headliners, the majority of big acts like Four Tet, YG, Janelle Monáe, Diplo, Christine and the Queens, Mac DeMarco, Blood Orange, Kaytranada and many, many more will all be streaming their sets.
And as a very special treat, the new movie Guava Island starring Childish Gambino and Rihanna will actually premier on Coachella's live stream!
Everything kicks off today at 3 pm PST, so you have till then to get your friend with a great TV and sound system to invite you over.
You can find all the action, including a host of artist bios and full live stream schedule here.
